Combat Scenario Test

This is a scenario I'm working on, and could use some playtesters and feedback. So please keep that in mind as you play.
The goal is to raid the pirate faction 20 times, and then escape the Rimworld. "Leaving a message" one might say.....

Your faction will be a New Arrivals.
Start with 6 people, chosen from 8.
All characters have a 6.7% chance to start with trait: Optimist
Player starting characters have a 33% chance to start with trait: Tough
Start with research: Battery
Start with research: Watermill generator
