Configurable in Mod Options, shows log entries when lua calls go over your configured nano-seconds. Beware, low values cause DebugLog-spam.
Just subscribe and enable the mod in the ingame manager,

Go to your Zomboid/Logs folder, open the DebugLog.txt in there;
