Z-level Undergounds are Caverns from RadWorld
A simple patch that makes underground levels generated by z-levels just like regular caverns from RadWorld.
By that, it means the underground now has complex tunnels, dangerous species, and most importantly, NO RADIATION!
Haven't tested thoughtfully. Any bug reports would be helpful.

However, this is not what I wanted to do initially.
Maybe it's just me, but I think the new-added "cavern" biomes are really unimmersive. I mean, they're just caves, and caves shouldn't occupy 30-60% SURFACE of an Earth-like planet, no?
So I wanted to reverse the change RadWorld done to the planet generation and make caverns actual undergound biomes only. Then I realized by doing so, all faction bases will be exposed to radiation, thus a more unimmersive experience.
That is also the reason RadWorld makes sure all factions bases are located at the cavern biome only since it is the only safe and reasonable biome to set up a base (except for mutants. They don't give af).
By the time this mod's released, I cannot come up with a better solution for this. If you have any idea, please let me know. I'll be more than happy to discuss.
