Intent:
A living collection of precepts and memes for 1.3 Ideology that I think add good gameplay mechanics.
What's in the tin:
+ Oral and Literary Tradition memes and precepts - Allows for player to hold special rituals that affect pawn stats for their interest in learning and work for the colony
+ Animal apparel precept - Allows for player control of how colonists are affected by clothing material
