Alien Worlds - Gloomworld

This world is enveloped in thick clouds of geothermally produced smoke. As a result, almost no visible light reaches the surface.
Local life has adapted to these conditions by commonly evoving bioluminescence and chemophagy. Humid jungles choked by mycelium strands give way to a frigid expanse of red tundras and pale sands. Insectoids freely roam the darkened land, strange fish lurk in pitch-black waters, and fungal colonies release clouds of deadly spores. This dangerous planet offers bountiful organic resources in exchange for solar power and traditional agriculture.

A planet type mod for the Alien Worlds framework.
- Complete set of diverse biomes full of fungal life;
- Custom animal spawn lists for each biome;
- 7 new species of fish to catch;
- A Spore Blowout event. In certain biomes, the spore blowout incident may occur randomly. Spores will fill the air, pawns not under a roof will experience hidden buildup of a fungal infection that will become apparent once severe. If left untreated, the infection kills the host.
