Rimsenal Faction Pack - Spacer: Guided Smart Wea

A patch mod that adds guided bullet function (and corresponding ammunition) to Rimsenal's smart weapons using Bill Doors' Framework. Will only function with Combat Extended and Bill Doors' Framework enabled. Much of the cartridge space has been filled with advanced electronics, sacrificing some of the original power and penetration a regular FMJ round has and reduced gunpowder load results in subsonic projectile speed. Can only be used in high-tech weapons that use subcore-powered fire control systems. [hr] PROS [list] [*] Will always hit targets more consistently than regular rounds [*] Makes even the most low level shooting pawn useful [*] Being a guided projectile, hitting fast moving targets will be a breeze [*] In the hands of a skilled shooter, they can hit any body part area consistenly even at extended ranges. [*] Little to no difference between Snapshot and Aimed shot aiming modes, resulting in increased overall volume of fire [/list] CONS [list] [*] Expensive, requires spacer components [*] Takes slightly longer to craft than most advanced ammo types [*] Slightly worse than FMJ rounds in terms of penetrative power and damage [*] Smart ammo cannot work on industrial firearms, only usable with smart weapons' AI subcore fire control systems providing real-time trajectory adjustments for smart bullets [*] Accuracy penalty when used with 'Suppress' aiming mode [hr] NOTES Charge rifle, charge lancer, pump shotgun and chain shotgun are left untouched. I have yet to think up of how to approach making smart munitions for shotguns. As for the charge weapons, I'm just lazy. Maybe I'll update sometime. KNOWN ISSUES Sometimes, there'll be some dev log spam when a guided projectile fails to find a target (usually does this when the target is dead and the bullets cannot redirect to another enemy). Ignore that, its only annoying. Nothing gamebreaking.
