Bill Doors' Framework - 1.6 Temporary

Recompiled and updated for use in 1.6. Temporary update, will either delete or unlist when Bill Doors updates his mods, but until then, this will do.
This is a slipshod attempt at updating though, as my main goal was to just clear the red errors when compiling in Visual Studio and largely ignored most of the yellow errors. Still, it works regardless, and there are little to no errors. There might be bugs and glitches though, and I cannot guarantee a fix for them as I am not the one who made this code.
