Bill Doors' Plasma Weapons - 1.6 Temporary
Adds a series of plasma weapons with unique ammo acquisition mechanism.

Recompiled and updated for use in 1.6. Temporary update, will either delete or unlist when Bill Doors updates his mods, but until then, this will do.
Yet another attempt at updating one of Bill Doors' mods to 1.6, and this time it's Plasma Weapons, recompiled and updated for use in 1.6. There are quite a few issues, but if it works, it works. Though I cannot guarantee a fix for them as I am not the one who made this code. Help will be appreciated though, as I am not a seasoned programmer to pull off all sorts of digital wizardry.
KNOWN ISSUES

[*] Tried my best to fix missing labels and descriptions. I could not fix the Overcharge gizmo description and labels, as there was zero entries of it in this mod's code, but it happened to be in the framework instead. Fixed. Had to go through every Defs and figured out the problem.
[*] You will see a line of red errors and yellow errors upon reloading a save with pawns that have equipped Plasma weapons, this is something not really game breaking but mildly annoying as it just temporarily breaks the ability to siphon gas from worn tanks to equipped plasma weapons. [b] Drop and re-equip the weapon to fix this. [/b]
