This mod adds nine Stoneborn, along with corresponding modifications and upgrades
Two new quests with associated dialogue
--Stoneborn--
Rock
Shaped from rock—the most common and most foundational Stoneborn—capable of bearing ancient patterns
-Mycrolith Effigy
A humanoid Stoneborn formed of rock, with fungi clinging to its body; the fungi mend the effigy’s injuries
-Rock Colossus
Also called the Mountain King. It wields terrifying combat power and has two abilities: Mountain Charge and Colossal Stone Crush
Blacksteel
Born of steel, averse to fire, often exhibiting insectoid traits; the Blacksteel strain possesses the potential to gestate life
-Blacksteel Megabug
A vicious hunter forged of steel; upon upgrade it can gain a sinister poisoning capability
-Steelbrood Matriarch
A Blacksteel Stoneborn with brood capability, able to gestate lesser steelcrawlers to attack enemies and defend itself
Silver
Formed of pure silver, attuned to harmonize and channel energy attacks
-Radiant Silver Effigy
A silver Stoneborn bearing a shield that can withstand damage
-Silver Warden
A ranged Stoneborn that fires silver light orbs
Plasteel
Born by the hands of humanity and the stars, naturally endowed with the power to command
-Plasteel Lord
A Plasteel Stoneborn that commands others and wields four special abilities……
--Quests--
Adds two new quests: Stoneborn Mountain and Within the endlessly shadowed mountains
Obtainable via dialogue with visiting guests; completing them yields important resources
--Stonebirth Sanctum--
In Stoneborn Mountain you can obtain a Stoneborn Crystal to build the Stonebirth Sanctum; through it you can gestate your own Stoneborn and modify them
If you also obtain the Rock Heart from Within the endlessly shadowed mountains, you can fuse a powerful entity once named the Mountain King….
--Modification System--
You can modify your Stoneborn in the Stonebirth Sanctum. This will cost some resources, but the enhancements it provides are well worth it.
Each type of Stoneborn has its own unique modifications.
There is also a universal modification called Durable Heart. This modification consumes a RockHeart, but grants 75% damage reduction.
