Upon blood loss, the user will draw blood from the connected creature to keep themselves alive. This ability will not draw blood from the connected creature if the severity of its blood loss exceeds the safety threshold. Only one creature may be linked to at all times. Linking to another creature will sever the previous link. T2 [img]https://imgur.com/EBbtjpH.png[/img] Stabilize Stabilize the target's wounds by coagulating the caster's own blood into a protective layer around the damaged area. The after-effects of the stabilization process will prevent them from bleeding. [img]https://imgur.com/ABieba5.png[/img] Bloodlight Pinhole Weave a twisted solar-pinhole which will cause nearby pawns with the bloodlust trait to gain a mood bonus for a day. Biotech Compatibility: Hemogenic creatures will obtain this same mood bonus. [img]https://imgur.com/2rdyxxN.png[/img] Blood Bolt Form a multitude of blood bolts made out of the caster's blood and shoot them at the target to deal multiple instances of minor sharp damage. The amount of bolts is determined by the psychic sensitivity of the user. T3 [img]https://imgur.com/wvQlhwo.png[/img] Transfuse Drain the first target's blood to reduce the second target's blood loss by the consumed amount. Blood-Link Synergy: Selecting a creature who is the receiver of a blood-link as the second target while the latter is not bleeding will transfer blood to their donor. Biotech DLC Feature: Selecting the same target twice will drain their blood to produce hemogen packs. Selecting a non-hostile hemogenic being will refill their hemogen supplies if the latter isn't bleeding. [img]https://imgur.com/G4oiwoE.png[/img] Blood Conversion Sacrifice the caster's own blood and offer it to the nearest archotech engine, which will cause it to bestow additonal psyfocus to the user's psylink. [img]https://imgur.com/KzJasJc.png[/img] Blood Flame Alters the composition of the target's blood, resulting in a blood-like mystical fire which will exsanguinate the target by using its blood as fuel. Duration scales with psychic sensitivity. Evolutive Skill: Evolution Requirement: Caster reaches 500% psychic sensitivity. Evolution Effect: Upon death, victims of this ability will spread their flames to nearby hostile creatures who are capable of bleeding. Concentration Skill: Dying while this skill is active will end it prematurely. T4 [img]https://imgur.com/doLneV5.png[/img] Passive: Blood Convergence Passive Skill: Unlocking this skill will automatically grant its effects: Allows this Veincaster to absorb blood from nearby splatters or corpses to counteract blood loss. Blood-link Synergy: Will refill the linked creature's blood if the Veincaster isn't bleeding. Once unlocked, this passive may be toggled on/off at will. Each blood splatter will summon blood bolts while corpses who aren't out of blood will summon heavy blood bolts. T5 [img]https://imgur.com/rX9yzsD.png[/img] Blood Stream Sacrifice the caster's own blood to unleash a blood storm in the area. This storm will periodically reduce blood loss in allied creatures while causing enemy creatures to bleed out faster. [img]https://imgur.com/gK99CGB.png[/img] Blood Surface Consume the user's own blood to coat the ground with an omnious crimson fluid. Which will deal sharp damage to factionless and hostile creatures who linger in the affected area. Duration, damage and radius scale with psychic sensitivity. Concentration Skill: Dying while this skill is active will end it prematurely. T6 [img]https://imgur.com/CyHjWpY.png[/img] Second Wind Consume this Veincaster's blood to reform and infuse life into the body of the deceased target creature, allowing it to return from the dead after a coma. Should they meet their demise, this Veincaster may resurrect themselves with this ability, a large concentration of blood is required to begin the resurrection process. Blood may be resupplied via an active blood-link or by absorbing blood from adjacent items, corpses or creatures. [img]https://imgur.com/n8VWEkn.png[/img] Passive: Life-Drain Passive Skill: Unlocking this skill will automatically grant its effects:\n\nAllows this Veincaster to reduce the severity of their wounds upon harming organic creatures, the healing effectiveness depends on the damage dealt. Healing Restrictions: Life-Drain cannot restore missing limbs. Evolutive Passive: Evolution Requirement: Veincaster lands the killing blow on 50 organic creatures. Evolution Effect: Life-Drain will inflict "Life-Hunt" on enemy/factionless creatures. Life-Hunt causes cutting damage over time while reducing the severity of the Veincaster's wounds. Once unlocked, Life-Hunt may be toggled at will. T7 [img]https://imgur.com/J8O15Lt.png[/img] Evisceration Annihilate the target creature from within by accelerating its own blood flow until its body tears itself apart from the pressure, causing it to erupt into a pile of gore, scattering many of the target's organs across the ground in the process. Disclaimer: While Anomaly isn't a dependency some of its VFX are used in this mod, meaning that some abilities won't look as intended without it. F.A.Q Q: Safe to add mid-save? A: Yes. Q: Balance?
