I was digging into the amazing Vehicle Raid Framework and thought this would help anybody trying to attach vehicle raids to the normal Outlander and Pirate rimworld factions (vanilla+biotech).
Consider this a Proof of Concept or a MVP serving as a starting point. This is not well balanced and there are only a few vehicles added.
For those reasons, I will likely not develop this any further.
