This is a small unofficial add-on combining the Handheld Mortar from Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Heavy Weapons and the Nukes mod.
It adds variety of nuclear warhead firing handheld mortars.

A: If you consider the Nukes mod balanced, sure... maybe.
Q: Is it CE compatible?
A: Only if the required mods are.
Q: 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.5?
A: If the required mods are 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.5 compatible this one should work.
