- New RimZone items — medkits, antiradin, consumables, and other tools for surviving in “S.T.A.L.K.E.R.-style” conditions.
- Bandages & Bleeding control — when a pawn is bleeding and bandages are available in storage/inventory, the doctor will stop bleeding with bandages first (configurable in RimZone Core settings).
- Anti-radiation medicine — items and drugs that help deal with irradiation (including Antiradin; medkits can now reduce radiation too).
- RimZone Core integration — Items uses Core systems (radiation / medical logic / settings), so everything works as one coherent package.
- Settings & compatibility — careful integration with mods/UI and smooth tuning options for item balance.
- Localization EN | RU — keys and texts are separated; updates shouldn’t break saves.
Items & radiation
- RimZone Items adds ways to reduce radiation via items: Antiradin, medkits (and other consumables if enabled/added).
- Radiation does NOT decrease passively — you need treatment/items/alcohol (per RimZone Core rules).
- When irradiated, any alcohol provides passive radiation reduction (Core mechanic), and Items adds the “survival tools” to actually deal with it.
Recommended load order:
- Harmony
- RimWorld modules
- RimZone Core
- RimZone Items
- Other RimZone modules (Anomalies etc.)

Q: Is this standalone content or a “library”?
A: This is a content module. It adds items and consumables. It requires RimZone Core to work properly.
Q: Can I add it to an existing save?
A: Usually yes. Items will appear through traders/crafting/spawns (depending on your settings and modules).
Important: removing Items mid-save may leave “broken” references to items in the world/inventories.
Q: The game shows red errors in the log. What should I do?
A:
- Check the load order (see above) and make sure RimZone Core is installed.
- Disable mods that heavily rewrite medicine/items/balance and test for conflicts.
- If the error persists — attach your Player.log and mod list in the comments/Issue.

- Most common conflicts: mods that heavily rewrite vanilla medicine.
- If you use multiple “medical overhaul” mods — test them one by one and watch the log.
- I actively add CE patches alongside new add-ons.

- Balancing items and recipes / improving compatibility with other mods.
- Polishing localizations (RU | EN).
- Preparing the item foundation for RimZone Weapons / Armor / Factions and other modules.
