Check the list of contributors on this and that, you'll notice something in common! - Why does this require Vanilla Psycasts Expanded?
Because it's the only thing that makes the Psycasters from Royalty worth using! - Does this affect the normal non-summon Carbuncles?
No, those remain as they are, without Psycasts, intentionally. - Can you make this change I want?
No. If you don't like something, learn XML and patch it, it's pretty easy once you figure it out. - Can I add this mid-save?
Maybe, make a backup of your save and try it. I'd never recommend adding a mod to a save though, it can always have unexpected results.
