Makes psyrings hotswappable from a colonist's inventory. Simply pick up one or more psyrings, then click the gizmo to swap any of them with your currently equipped one.
Will require [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1279012058]Pick Up and Haul[/url], or another mod that allows colonists to carry around items in their inventory.
