Some changes to Vanilla Psycasts Expanded to reduce Micro Management and add functional autocasts.
(Enable autocasting by right-clicking a psycast. This is a default feature by VPE, please throw all complaints at them, not me. Including about being unable to toggle autocasting while out of psyfocus)
