Made a patch to make Ratkin Genes Extended play nice with [OA]Ratkin Gene Expand.

Made the genes added by Ratkin Genes Extended dependant on genes added by [OA]Ratkin Gene Expand.
Fixed the missing ears (Ratkin Genes Extended) and missing tail ([OA]Ratkin Gene Expand).
Also gave colours back to [OA]Ratkin Gene Expand genes.
