"The United Democracy of Imperial New Emirates" "Udine", we have lived as soldiers for decades for the junta of Udine, yes the "united democracy" is essentially a authoritarian war regime. Udine is controlled by unsavory warlords, we have learned this much from decades of service. After serving as executioner for our motherland/Udine, against our righteous enemies, then our traitorous countrymen. Eventually due to being more executioner then soldier popular revolutionary ideas began to spread though the old guard. Dissatisfied with some of their old guards opinions, the junta sent them and their families onto ships under the guise of becoming soldier settlers for Udine. Shipped to rim space we of the oldguard and our families are dropped across some random rimworld as the final betrayal of the Udine State. With some of our gear and materials some our comrades managed to drop from their own act of treachery we have a shot to survive and finally have freedom.
