A bunch of tweaks for the Blues' Circuit Breaker mod.
A brief list of features
- New textures for the circuit breaker, drawn by yours truly.
- Replaced the simple placeholder text of the mod with some proper descriptions explaining the function of the circuit breaker.
- The circuit breaker is now unlocked with a new research project instead of being unlocked with machining.
- Tweaked the relative costs of circuit breakers and power switches.
