A simple patch that gates Industrial Fortifications Mobile Chemfuel Generator behind Biofuel Appliances research from my Thermoregulation mod, and balances it to be slightly less efficient than the standard Chemfuel Generator in order to not outshine the original.
It also adds a Mobile Wood-fired Generator for the vanilla equivalent, and a mobile Toxic Wastepack Generator if you have that mod enabled. :P
