Save Our Ship 2 Unlock All Ships

This patch unlocks being able to select any ship or station to start with in the scenario "Derelict Ship". Select the scenario, then click on the Scenario editor button. Next, you will click the red X by Edit mode to change it to a green check mark. Click on the button labeled "Random" to bring up the menu to select the ship you start with. You will notice that each ship has a CR (Combat Rating) assigned to it. This is the combat rating for the ship. It will give you an idea of what kind of a ship your choosing, since a higher CR is a larger and more deadly ship. Be aware that enemy ships will scale with your CR! Last, but very important, detail to note. Besides the default starter ships, almost every ship will have crew assigned to it. So in addition to however many colonists you choose to start with in the editor (default 3), you will also have additional crew based on the ship. As you can see in the sample dreadnought image, it can be a LOT of additional pawns! As of the latest update, there is a mod option to adjust this. This mod should also work with other modded ship packs! This was tested with a couple on the workshop and it added them to the available ship choices, along with assigning a CR to them. UPDATE 1/21/26 - You can now modify a ship or stations default crew count with the latest super unstable build. Setting this to zero will ensure that your only starting crew is what you allot for the scenario.
