HelixLabor Syndicate : A Vanilla+ Late-Industrial Faction

Add a new late-industrial corporate faction to your RimWorld experience: the HelixLabor Syndicate. Obsessed with efficiency, hierarchy, and genetic engineering, this brutalist megacorp deploys bio-optimized soldiers—like the disposable Dropmeat infantry—to enforce order and extract value from the rimworlds.

The Syndicate isn't quite spacer—but they're close. What they lack in glitterworld polish, they make up for in relentless productivity and ruthless organization.

4 New Xenotypes

Dropmeat

Vat-grown in bulk and bred to die, these stripped-down derivatives of the elite Hussar line were engineered by hypermilitarized regimes as disposable infantry. While they retain fragments of their progenitors' neural targeting and combat reflexes, higher cognitive functions have been chemically blunted or entirely excised.

Drudger

Engineered for obedience and menial labor, Drudgers are a genetically manufactured underclass created by hypercapitalist megacorporations. Vat-grown in massive batches, they are designed to be tireless workers: genetically content, docile, metabolically efficient, and capable of surviving on the most basic raw foodstuffs.

Idals

Designed to be happy, empathetic and kind, Idals were designed by a well meaning team of geneticists to usher in a new era of humanity. However, as funding ran low, they were forced to bring in outside investors. Corporate and goverment capital quickly honed in on the idea of a subserviant, content working class, and created the much more profilic and infamous Drudger variant, much to the dismay of the original designers.

BioTank

REQUIRES : Big and small - genes and more

Massive, fast-healing shock troops bred to absorb fire and smash defenses. Powerful but dull-minded, bio-tanks are living weapons built for endless war.

Painless

Grants total insensitivity to pain, allowing pawns to keep fighting through otherwise incapacitating injuries.

Calloused Flesh

A weak defensive gene that very slight natural armor, at the cost of beauty.
