Adds a new hull for Save Our Ship 2 called Hangar Plating.
This hull will create a breathable, roofless environment that keeps the room at a steady 21°C (70°F) while powered
This allows ships to take off and land in the area without breaking the roof
Each tile counts as a ground tile, similar to a normal ship hull but transmits power and uses power as well. If the plating loses power it will fail and the atmosphere in the room will become a vacuum
Hangar plating can be found in the drop-down menu with the normal SOS2 hull plating, in the ship category

Everything else that needs an open roof should work, perhaps with a patch for specific cases
Ex: vanilla drop pods are able to launch from but can't target spacecrafts due to the altitude not existing in the base game

FAQ
Can I add/remove it mid game?
There will be a one-time error, and a hole in your ship, but otherwise it's fine
The hull isn't working there is still a vacuum
You need to power it and close all the other roofs in the room

- Remove slowdown in areas with hangar plating
- Merge the feature into the the existing SOS2 shuttle bay but loose the ability to do a custom shape?
