Costs slightly more at $180k plus $60k to acquire the North Harbor workbench, requires about one more minutes of work from the lobster boat, about ~16 minutes.
Operation involves simply spawning it in at North Harbor, then wait 30 seconds for it to line up and watch the money roll in.
If it doesn't line up perfectly, bring it back to the workbench and spawn it again.Physics probably needs to be set to High.
Note that it occupies the shipyard workbench of North Harbor, preventing you from commissioning new boats there while it's in use.
