this faction is hostile to all other faction by default. unless you choose Makai Settlement Force as your starting faction in scenario. raid from this faction is highly difficult, as they use Makainian weapon which use it own armor type, Celestial.
consider get your hand on some celestial steel to made armor out of to increase your celestial armor.
their weapon inflict Celestial Scar which cap pawn Incoming Damage Modifier(IDM) to never be lower than 100%
which make Tough trait and other method of reducing incoming damage ineffective
