With the release of Vanilla Insectoids Expanded 2, a new starting scenario features your colonists dropping in via Hellpods, inspired by the game Helldivers 2. This mod is dependent on Vanilla Factions Expanded - Insectoids 2 with the choice of being used with SOS2, Odyssey or both, and allows players to create and launch their own Hellpods.
A new pod launcher, designed specifically for Hellpods, can now be built. This launcher can be constructed anywhere, but is themed best for space ships of the democratic variety.

Double clicking a Hellpod Launcher will select each launcher in view to launch as a group.
Apparel and weapons from the old 1.5 previews are from Vanilla Armor Expanded, Vanilla Apparel Expanded - Accessories and Spacer Arsenal.
Apparel and weapons from the new 1.6 previews are from [RH2] Helldivers: Super Apparel and [RH2] Helldivers: Super Firearms.
