Rediscovered among corrupted archives aboard a derelict orbital museum, the Fedorov Avtomat is one of Old Earth’s earliest attempts at an automatic rifle — a relic of humanity’s first modern wars.
Developed in the Russian Empire during the early 20th century, the Fedorov was fragile, awkward, and decades ahead of its time. Though never widely adopted, it laid the groundwork for every automatic rifle that followed — a forgotten ancestor to legends like the AK.
Now, centuries after Earth’s collapse, fragments of its design have been reconstructed by settlers on the Rim. Not for prestige — but survival.
It is old. It is flawed. But it still works.
