Adds FTL The Kestrel ship to Sos2
A new ship designed by the Federation from a distant civil space, it has a good balance between mobility, firepower and shields. Unfortunately this version of the ship lacks the FTl drive. Perhaps they will let you join them if you escape the Rim on this ship?
