Fixes the following bugs that occur while using Industrial Revolution 2 in combination with Krastorio 2:
- Ore Washer recipe not being selectable
- Enables coke liquification recipe on oil refineries
- IR2 crash when used in combination with Krastorio 2 because of missing ammo_type.action.type
