Darkstar Foundry's frigate-class entry in their Ranger Series, the R-63 Recon is a Tier 2 Scout submarine. As a mid-large ship, the Recon has much more space and amenities than the R-21. Most hatches and duct blocks now run off a "smart" water system that will allow water to drain while not auto-opening if the below compartment is flooded. Larger kitchen, crew cabins, reactor control room. More tech comes standard, including some wifi-cameras connected to Navigation. Oh, and fabricators/deconstructors!
