Add three new armors set: MkX Phobos, MkX Gravis and Terminator Indomitus
MkX Phobos: 20% less resistance than a MkX Tacticus, add 0.5 speed and give slight bonus in ranged/melee accuracy and dodge.
MkX Gravis:20% more resistance than a MkX Tacticus, no bonus/malus speed and slight dodge malus.
Terminator Indomitus: 40% more resistance than a MkX Tacticus, malus of -0.25 speed and worse dodge chance, work and research speed.
Also give the regular MkX Tacticus armor a 0.25 speed bonus.
Slight changes to the Techmarines rank icons, with a new dedicated shoulder decoration.
Indomitus is a bit short on decorations, taking suggestions ;)
