Fragile Armor mod is great, but its maximum debuff value isn't enough in OP environments.
[b]With a simple patch, I've significantly increased this maximum value, allowing you to pull off giant-killings on even stronger enemies.[/b]
[u]Be careful, though: this also applies to allies, so your invincible soldier could be torn to pieces by a blaster barrage.[/u]
