VPE - Psycast Mentorship (Learn Psycasts from Ot

Allows a psycaster of sufficient level to mentor a colonist, awakening their psylink, teaching them their path and sharing their insights into psycasts they know. Assign a student from a selected pawn with a high psylink level (default 10). The higher their level and the higher the student's psychic sensitivity and global learning factor, the faster they learn psycasts. During meditation schedule, mentor and student go to designated PsyMentor spots. If none are set then the session will not commence. Student(s) will gain xp for their current psycast during sessions. This is completely separate fom VPE psylink level xp. Mentor and students won't meditate during this time and won't get VPE xp or psyfocus. Casting a psycast of the same path will give practice xp for the currently selected psycast. Students will increase their opinion of the mentor every time they finish learning something. The same applies to the mentor to a lesser extent. There are settings for pretty much anything like allowed paths, xp gain and their factors, costs for each psycast tier etc. Balancing this will require a lot of tweaking values so please tell me your personal values in the comments and tell me how balanced they feel. [*] More settings: for example min mentor level for awakening psylinks and unlocking a path [*] Descipleship: Once a pawn reaches a high enough psycaster level, they may take one and only one desciple. This desciple will get a boost to learning from their master and gain psycasting related buffs based on their master's psycaster level. [*] Specialisation: Once a pawn of sufficient level has learned all psycasts in a given path, they may specialise in this path and this path alone. This will give them buffs corresponding to the path they specialise in. Their desciple gets a weaker version of this buff and increased speed in learning the specialised in path.
