Runs during data-final-fixes, for every planet, space location, and space connection, removes their asteroid spawn definitions table, essentially preventing all asteroids from spawning in space (this includes harmless)

This mod was created by user request, as an alternative to Asteroid Frequency Multiplier, as the minimum limit prevents lowering the asteroid frequency to zero.
I don't believe the game can be beaten without a third-party mod like Muluna, in order to collect asteroids from an alternative source.
