Overview
[b]Psycast Precepts for VPE[/b] adds Ideology-style control to [b]Vanilla Psycasts Expanded[/b]. Pick which psycast paths your colony believes in. Paths without a matching precept show as [i]Locked: Ideology[/i]; paths you approve behave normally. If you use [i]no[/i] psycast precepts, VPE works exactly as vanilla VPE (original lock reasons show).

How it works (simple)
Choose psycast precepts in your ideology. Pawns can unlock and use paths you’ve approved. If a path isn’t approved, it’s shown as locked by ideology. If you picked no psycast precepts at all, nothing changes—VPE behaves like normal.
Settings
• [b]Storyteller psycasters:[/b] Enable the option to allow any storyteller to create psycaster events similar to Basilicus Bestower.
• Settings are found in the mod options menu and can be changed mid-save.
Compatibility
• Works with existing saves (adding/removing is generally safe; removing mid-run may revert path access to VPE’s defaults).
• UI/tooltip mods: should be fine.
• Other psycast mods: Should work with other modded VPE-style psycast paths.
Performance
Lightweight Harmony patches; no constant ticking. Only checks when the psycast UI/logic needs it.
