Ocean worlds of liquid ammonia, calling these planets "freezing cold" would be an understatement.
Temperatures are between negative 60-120°C planetwide, and no true solid ground exists as the only landmasses are scattered chunks upheld by ammonia cold enough to be frozen solid. This is for all the sea ice fans out there.
Alpha Biomes not required, but recommended for its Propane Lakes.
