Updates the Royal Tribute Collector to accept the gemstones added by the Gemstones mod.
The values are based on the vanilla gold favor value and ratio of the gemstone value to gold value.
Gold = 0.015 favor
Semi-precious stones = 0.005 (0.33x gold value)
Precious stones = 0.054 (3.6x gold value)
Diamond = 0.075 (5x gold value)
The mod works really well with the Quarry mod to collect gemstones and offer them to our Empire overlords.
