Designed to solve that, characters(from certain IP, like games) mods typically want to spawn a specific pawn, but vanilla does not support it for modders, and we consider that spawning a random pawn, wearing modded cloths and hair on it, pretending he/she/it is the character breaks immersion. In other words, we want to play a random generated story with specific characters.
Main Features:
Recruiting System(Directly recruit a operator with full set of fixed almost every stats: apparels, traits, stories, etc.)

Creating a new full functional character without usage of C# is possible with this frame.
