[EC]Shields 2 - A Balanced Remake

Adds shields to Rimworld. Chancoco is the orginal Author, I've remade mod to be more balanced and work in 1.1.
Added 2 neolithic shields, 3 medieval shields, and one industrial. You can use it as handy framework for your shield mod. If you wish to redraw this mod, please contact me, as I'm a poor drawer myself.

Why would I use this mod?

A good question! This mod provides responsive shield blocking system akin to vanilla shield belt system. It has close to none mod conflicts (It should have, but please report them in comments!).

Why remake instead of simply updating?

Well, the original mod, while fun and well thought out, was very imbalanced, as it made pawns equipped with shields virtually impossible to hit. Current iteration introduces new mechanic hopefully less OP.

Ok, how it works then?

Well, shield is able to block arrows and melee damage, as long as it's stamina bar isn't depleted, when that happens, pawn becomes dazed( 20% reduced consciousness), then pawn lowers guard and can be damaged. After short time stamina starts to regenerate. Bullets always go through shield, unless it has "BulletproofShield" in apparel tags. (Currently only ballistic shield has ability to block bullets). When in melee, pawn has a chance to block blow (Pawn's melee hit chance * Shield's Melee Block chance).

See for yourself! Shields don't require research, all are craftable at smithing bench. Neolithic shields can also be crafted at crafting spot.
