This mod needs to be always below Vanya's Abilities mod
List of changes:
-Casting time of all Vanya's Abilities reduce to 0.25s. (except Flash and Transfer Entropy. Flash already had short casting time and Transfer Entropy casting time now 3s).
-Range of all Vanya's Abilities (except Flash) increased to 50 tiles. Area of effect does not changed.
-Increased Panic Flee duration from 2.5s to 6s. Duration time of others abilities does not changed.
-Tend Injuries now always tend 4 condition (instead 1~3)
-Changed entropy gain:
-Panic Flee from 15 to 8
-Fire from 20 to 10
-Stop Bleeding from 35 to 15
-Fragile from 25 to 12
-Psychic Expanding from 20 to 1
-Flash from 20 to 8
-Fire Foam from 30 to 15
-Tend Injuries from 30 to 15
-Give Entropy from 30 to 10
Drill Deep Source left unchanged.
