The HE4 (Hydrogen Electric 4 axle) is an RSDE4 that has undergone a experimental rebuild replacing the diesel engine with Hydrogen Fuel Cells. A more environmentally cleaner option for your rail transport needs.
Based Off primarily the ALCO RS-2 and similar locomotives with some minor artistic changes.
(S.W.R stands for Storm Works Rail)
Features:
- Full heated cab with and easy to learn and use controls.
- Individual locomotive Brakes and Train Brake system I made.
- Multiple Unit system allowing you to connect multiple locomotives for more power.
- Basic remote track switching controls.
- Basic radio for communication.
- Controls for front and rear lights and heaters along with horn and bell.
- Alternating ditch light mode that is synchronised with the bell.
- A 2000L Oxygen Tank & 4000L Hydrogen Tank
Important Thinks to Note:
- To start the engine you need to go engine controls just by the rear cab door, and and find the breakers and turn them all on to get power to the controls. Turn on the key for Aux Systems and Pumps for the engine then push starter and your good to go.
- Throttle needs to be above 0.35 To start moving and under 0.35 before you change gears.
- Updated with a Multiple Unit system allowing you to connect multiple locomotives for more power. Instructions for use just find cables and plug into the locomotive and turn it on and then set the controls to 0. (Cables are in a hatch opposite side of the engine controls.)
- Due to this being a high hood there is slightly reduced visibility.
