Typhon‑2.1 is a continuation of the Typhon‑series submarines. Thanks to the solid foundation provided by the Typhon‑2, the Typhon‑2.1 features relatively minor upgrades. The key global changes to the submarine include: relocating the medical bay from a small cramped room to an entire floor above the ballast tanks, which should significantly improve crew survivability.
Also, for those who enjoy cultivating plants and appreciate having resources readily available, the engine and engineering compartments in the Typhon‑2.1 have been redesigned:
Engine compartment: the oxygen generator has been moved to a smaller room — now a perfect space for your clown friend to live in, listen to music, and share it with the rest of the crew. To create more space inside the engine area, an additional platform has been installed, with a bit more room added underneath. And of course, a bunk bed has been placed under the platform for your hard‑working mechanic.
The ballast tanks have undergone a minor visual update as well: they now display information about the water level in each tank.
Typhon‑2.1: higher price, greater comfort — exactly what you and your crew need for a long voyage, Captain!
In the latest update, vulnerable pipes and valves have been added.
