A recent patch added a speed debuff to power claws. They claimed it was because it was unwieldy and "balanced" it by buffing the damage slightly. This also means a melee fighter with power claws goes charging into melee slower than a pawn wielding a club or spear. The claws are retractable and are dexterous enough to impose no penalty to using the hand itself.
So this is a simple patch that reverts those changes, removing the movement penalty but keeping the increased damage.
Please do not run both this and the non OP version of the same mod. (it won't break anything, but you will have the lower damage and this mod will just take load time and do nothing.)
