A recent patch added a speed debuff to power claws. They claimed it was because it was unwieldy and "balanced" it by buffing the damage slightly. This also means a melee fighter with power claws goes charging into melee slower than a pawn wielding a club or spear. The claws are retractable and are dexterous enough to impose no penalty to using the hand itself.
So this is a simple patch that reverts those changes, removing the movement penalty and reverting the damage to what it was before.
