Reika Rabid Storyteller (Continued)

This mod adds Reika Rabid, a Difficult Storyteller to your Rimworld.

"Reika hits hard and fast. Call on her when Randy has turned into a comfy stroll through the park."

Reika can be best described as a very active, but difficult random storyteller. More events will happen; good and bad. Raids and threats are much more common, and whilst raids can vary in strength, Reika has the potential to hit much harder than her vanilla counterparts. Reika does not care if you aren’t ready.

Events and incidents are very common too. More caravans, orbital trade ships, drop pods, quests, etc. There is always something to do when Reika is weaving her story.

This has been ported from Cucumpear’s Storytellers Mod from 1.0 made by Cucumpear. With the update to 1.1, new storyteller data relating to Royalty and Non-Royalty quests have been added, and threat generation has been updated.

This mod does not include the original inbuilt extra difficulty systems, as there are many mods that add that now and it would be redundant.

The first Royalty Quest generation has been adjusted so it can generate when you have only 1 colonist, instead of vanilla’s 3, as well as re-enabling Royalty Quests on Extreme Biomes such as Sea Ice.

Load this mod before any mods changing raid behaviours, spawns, races and factions. This should result in being loaded in the top half of your modlist.

This can be installed into any ongoing save, and storytellers and difficulty can be switched at any time without any issues.
