This vehicle was requested by wasteland_engineer (u/Practical_Bed_1524) and is based on the plane wreck from movie "Sahara" (2005)
Requires 2 people to properly use it
Ensure wind power is below 40% before getting out of hangar
Seat is useless, use control handles to control the vehicle
Small battery is set at 15% specifically so you could just leave the hangar and not use the fan until your journey is over. A wind surfer cant generate the wind on its own :)
