Shrike II

Shrike

Originally a scout vessel, the Shrike has been progressively rearmed and refitted for hunter-killer operations, with a particular focus on engagements against the Church of Husk. She is fast, well-organized, and designed to keep her crew effective under sustained pressure.

Airlock System

  • Upper and lower airlocks each provide exits to both the fore and aft of the ship
  • Four exit points total, allowing crew to deploy directly to the most useful location for repairs, salvage, or combat without unnecessary repositioning

Engineering & Layout

  • Central junction corridor runs the length of the ship, giving engineers fast access to critical systems across all sections without a dedicated central engineering bay
  • Compartments labeled A through D along the lower deck
  • Competent mid-range power and systems, suited for extended but not indefinite independent operation

Gunnery

  • Three independent gunnery decks, each with its own ammunition room and loading bay
  • Rail guns are located on the main deck alongside the command center, fired from or coordinated with the command position
  • Dorsal guns are controlled from the upper deck
  • Ventral guns are controlled from the lower deck
  • Independent ammunition and loading per deck means gunnery can continue functioning even if other sections are compromised
  • Blind spot on the lower aft quarter. Be aware of positioning in engagements with large or fast-moving targets.

Pressure Doors

All doors feature indicator lights: red means the room beyond is fully flooded and over-pressurized, yellow means partial flooding is present.
