The Pioneer is an old dreadnought, we're sure it was a fine vessel back then but it's far outlived it's lifespan. But ONSC doesn't let go of a profitable vessel that easily. So we repaired, refurbished and modernized this submarine for you. Sure it looks old but the systems are modern we assure you, as modern as it can get for this budget at least. We converted it to a scout class despite it's history. Sorry but scout class submarines just sell more, we just can't help it.
