Also called "The Swallow", that vessel crew is composed of 2 humans and 1 lanius. This model was modified by pirates to utilize newly discovered technology. It can clone lost crewmembers and stun enemies.
The Kestrel C has a really good layout. Venting oxygen shouldn't be too much of a problem, especially if you preemtively open the outer side vents. If oxygen gets destroyed then the lanius can pretty easily go fix it if the humans are suffocating and dying.
Dual lasers are a really good power efficient weapon, but selling the ion stunner pretty soon is prefered, for a better weapon, like more lasers or a flak 1. Having level 2 sensors is also good for getting crew kills later on with hacking and/or mind control strategies[...]
