Provides extended options for publishing mods to the Steam Workshop.
This 'mod' has no effect on gameplay and should only be used by mod developers who intend to upload to the Steam platform.

1. Patched with current Fluffy ModManager version to allow upload both with and without mod.
2. Removes automatically the following paths and files from selectable options:
Any files in .vs folder
Any files in Source folder.
Any files in .git folder.
.sln, .pdb and README.md file
